Books and Trucks does monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trade companies in the US. The trucks are the service trucks our clients run. We are not a trucking or freight bookkeeper. Plans start at $599 a month, or $995 with ServiceTitan, and all past books are cleaned up free when monthly bookkeeping starts. - From $599 a month on QuickBooks Online, or from $995 a month with ServiceTitan. Month to month, agreed in writing before work starts. All past books cleaned up free when you start.

Where is the team?
The accounting team covers your account during US morning hours, and a named bookkeeper is on it every month. Calls are weekdays, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
Are you CPAs?
No. We do the monthly bookkeeping. Your CPA does your tax return, and we send them clean, reconciled books at year end.
