If you ever leave, nothing has to be exported or rebuilt. The file, the history and the reports are yours and stay where they are.

The fee is fixed each month and agreed in writing on the first call, before we start. If your books are behind, we clean up all your past books in QuickBooks at no charge when you start.
Why $599 and not $200
A $200 a month service is usually software that sorts your bank feed, with nobody reconciling the accounts or filing your sales tax. For $599 a named bookkeeper closes your books every month, a senior accountant checks the numbers before your call, and your sales tax goes in on time. A clean-up of overdue books is often quoted at $5,000 or more on its own. Here it costs nothing when you start.
Not in this plan: payroll and paying your supplier bills.

How do you get access?
You add us as an accountant user in QuickBooks. You can remove us at any time.
Is our data safe with you?
Every login our team uses for a client system has two-factor authentication turned on. Access comes through the user you grant, not shared passwords.
I already have a CPA.
Good. We do the monthly books, your CPA does the tax return, and we send them clean, reconciled books at year-end.
My books are a mess right now.

We use other software to run jobs.
