- Is Books and Trucks a trucking company?
- No. Books and Trucks does monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trade companies in the US. The trucks in the name are the service trucks our clients run. We do not do trucking or freight bookkeeping.
- Do you offer a free cleanup of past books?
- Yes. When you start monthly bookkeeping on any plan, we clean up all your past books in QuickBooks Online at no charge, however far back they go. There is no separate clean-up or catch-up fee and no limit on how many months we go back.
- Do I have to leave QuickBooks or ServiceTitan?
- No. We work inside your QuickBooks Online file and your ServiceTitan account. You keep ownership and full access to both.
- Who actually does the work?
- A named bookkeeper on our team handles your account every month, and a senior accountant reviews the numbers before your monthly call.
- I already have a CPA.
- Good. We do the monthly books, your CPA does the tax return, and we send them clean, reconciled books at year-end.
- When can we talk?
- Calls are weekdays, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Book a time, or send us a WhatsApp message and we will reply in those hours.
