What this page covers

These terms cover your use of this website only. If you hire us, the work itself is governed by the engagement letter we sign with you. Where the two differ, the engagement letter wins.

The pages are information, not advice

What we publish here describes our services in general terms. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should not act on it as though it were advice about your own company. Tax rules differ by state and change over time. Talk to us, or to your own advisor, before making a decision.

Prices

Prices shown as “from $995 a month” are a starting point, not a quote. What you actually pay depends on the size of your company and which parts of the service you take. We confirm the fee in writing before any work starts, and nothing on this website is an offer you can accept by itself.

The free mismatch check

The free mismatch check is exactly that: free, with no obligation on either side. You give us read-only access to your ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online accounts, and we send you a report on where the two disagree.

The report is based on the data those systems hold on the day we look. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an audit, and it is not a guarantee that we have found every difference. You are free to walk away afterwards, and you can revoke our access as soon as the report arrives. We handle the data as set out in our privacy policy.

Client results

Where this site describes work we have done, those are real figures from real client systems, used with that client’s permission. They describe what happened for that company. They are not a promise of what will happen for yours.

Our material

The text, design, images and software on this site belong to us, apart from client logos, which belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may read and share the pages. You may not copy the material to sell a competing service.

Other companies’ names

ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP and Paychex are the trademarks of their owners. We name them because we work with those systems. Naming them does not mean those companies endorse us, except where we say so plainly and can show it.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

Availability and liability

We try to keep this site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. Our responsibility for paid work is set by the engagement letter, not by this page.

Which law applies

These website terms are governed by the law of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. The law governing paid client work is set in the engagement letter.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
